Description
Our Candle Making Class is a unique, educational, in-person experience that allows you to create a custom scent inspired by your favorite tabletop adventure, player character, or whatever your heart desires! This 90 minute class taught by our experienced scent designers walks you through the history of our company, our process of scent design, and the science of pouring a candle. The classes are hosted in our workshop with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that encourages your creativity to thrive! No prior experience is required and group discounts are available! Classes are taught by Christoff Visscher (Owner / Scent Designer) and Benjamin Krudwig (Production Lead / Scent designer).
Classes are suitable for ages 15+. Pets are not allowed in the studio. We love pets but fragrances and hot wax are not suitable for pets or young children (under 15 years old). Each person who attends a workshop must have a ticket. Due to the limited size of our workshop space, we do not allow anyone to watch or participate in the class without a ticket. This candle making workshop is a group workshop. If you're interested in a private candle making party, please contact us at info@cantripcandles.com.
By attending this class I am attesting that I have not experienced symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, or dry cough or exhibiting any other symptoms relating COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Candle making involves the use of hot wax and fragrance oils. While everything we work with is non-toxic it does have an intended use. Aprons will be provided to protect clothing but please do not wear any open toed shoes or long flowing sleeves. In addition, a liability waiver must be signed at the start of the class.
A: Due to the nature of scent design, there's several moments where masks may need to be removed. We encourage you to bring a mask should you feel necessary, but it is not a requirement.
