This is my must-have ambience candle for both my pirate player character and the game I'm running that's basically a pirate epic, but vibes aside, it's also just one of my favorite scents, if not my absolute favorite. There's such a neat depth and subtle sweetness to it, without the overall scent being even a little artificial or cloying— it really is just like a sea breeze, salt and all! These candles are so pretty and so satisfying to burn, too, they melt so easily and evenly. I got my sister (Who's also a candle enthusiast, but not into the TTRPG scene even a little) to give these a chance, and now she loves them as much as I do!

This candle has just the perfect amount of scent that makes you feel like you're sailing the ocean seas. It burns evenly and whether you're accenting your game table or just enjoying filling your home with this amazing scent, this candle is worth every penny!

Cantrip has a few "water" themed candles in their collection, all managing to be extremely distinct from one another. Do you want rain on a moss-covered building? That would be Stonemoss Chapel. Do you want a subterranean cave system with water dripping from rock formations? That would be Dungeon Depths. This particular candle, Brinewater Tides, is true to its namesake-- it captures a spray of saltwater crashing on the rocks, with subtle scents of kelp peeking through mysteriously from the sunsoaked ocean surface. For my ecology friends, this is the Intertidal Zone... in stunningly accurate candle form. Everyone has a fond memory of a day at the tide pools or on a boat out at sea. Some of us even have core memories from our youth of dipping our hands into touch tanks at aquariums, learning about the treasures that live unseen under the sea. This candle will transport you to any of those memories in an instant. I've said this before, but this is absolutely one of Cantrip’s best candles and you would regret not including it in your first order.

I love how fresh this is! It makes my day whenever I have it burning. I’m currently playing a former pirate in a D&D campaign and whenever we play virtually I make sure I have this candle going so I can get into character properly.
