I snagged one of these on sale after the holidays, and it might be one of my all-time favorite candles. It lasts much longer than many candles I buy from big box stores, and the smell is delicious – without being 'too much.'

A couple notes:

- You definitely need to trim the wick before burning; whatever wick material this is tends to "bunch up" and cause funky flames if it's not trimmed consistently.

- Be sure to burn it for long enough each time that the wax forms a full liquid layer across the entire mug; if you don't, the candle will behave/burn differently next time. (This also makes it easier to clean the mug for use afterward.)
I can't wait to have the mug ready to go for next holiday season too!

I do wish there was a dice in this one, maybe something special for the holidays, but otherwise this is a delightful addition to my D&D collection and desk, even well after the holidays!

Wonderful hot chocolate smell.

It's a wonderful blend of peppermint and chocolate and is so iconic that you could tell what it is without someone having told you, and the fact that you can use the mug afterwards just makes this so much better! While I find that this candle is not as potent when burned compared to others from here, it still carries a lovely unique smell without a chemical sweet undertone.

The perfect gift for my players! The mug is well crafted and adorable, plus the candle smells AMAZING. Not overpoweringly sweet but the perfect balance of scents.

Picked this up for a friend who told me about how much she liked another cantrip candle she had. She really loved it and got very excited about the idea of having a mug when the candle was burned out! Wonderful gift and she also absolutely loves the matchbooks and gets just as excited about them as the candle.
