I'm not sure if this was just an issue with my candle specifically, but in case it isn't: this candle smelled "off" on first unboxing - super musky in an uncomfortably sweaty way. For a while, I was worried that the mushroom scent was way more intense than advertised.

However, after leaving it to air out for a couple of days, that musky smell faded away, leaving a pleasant, subtly sweet profile that was much closer to the product description. Could have been a fluke, but if you also notice this problem, just give it a bit of time!

I am now quite pleased with this candle, as I am with everything else in this shop :)

So far this has been my favorite candle out of the 4 I've gotten, it's so lush and earthy with just a hint of sweetness! Also the owner was super kind and responded to my email inquiry about ship times very quickly and the candles got here just in time for my boyfriend's birthday, thank you!!!
